The ultra-light AirTray shower trays have a top layer of ISO NPG antibacterial and non-slip gel coat reinforced with fiberglass for greater resistance, are filled with high-density extruded polystyrene (XPS) and have a consolidated cement base with mesh so it can be fixed to the floor with any cement glue.

We have all sizes available, from 80 cm to 2 meters long and from 70 cm to 1 meter wide.

Yes, the trays can be cut to size on site, as long as the cut-line is hidden, to fit bathrooms with a column or moulding. If the cut-line can be seen, it would be done in the factory or a cutting kit can be provided to use on site

Compared to a typical mineral-filled tray, Air Tray shower trays weigh 70% less (only 15 kg/m2), this means that assembly and handling can be done by a single person. It can be bonded using any adhesive cement.

AirTray shower trays are very shock resistant and do not require any special care.

We have the most common colours available: white, black, ivory, anthracite and cement grey. You can also customize your tray with any RAL colour by selecting “custom” colour and entering the RAL code in the purchase form.
