These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Warranty and Returns apply to the sale of all the products displayed on this website. By using the services of this online store you’re accepting these Terms and Conditions.
We recommend reading the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Warranty and Returns carefully before placing the order. By making a purchase, the customer agrees and accepts all the General Conditions of Sale and Warranty.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
According to the LOTT – Land Transport Management Law – at the time of receipt of the products, the customer must verify the number of packages received and that the products delivered are in good condition.
In case of any damage during transportation, the customer must make notes of the issues on the carrier’s delivery note and communicate them to AirTray, along with the order number in writing to info@airtrayshower.com or by calling the technical department (620 24 84 74) within a maximum period of 24 hours. Any claim for damage in transit must be made within 24 hours of receipt or it won’t be accepted.
Purchase of goods does not include installation, configuration or explanation of its operation.
AirTray is not responsible for possible delays in shipping, arising from the lack of stock of any product, lack of information on payments, delays of the courier company or any other reason. The delivery times indicated are indicative.
AirTray does its best to ensure that the information provided is correct, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions and stock. Due to availability of stock from the manufacturer, there might be small variations in the products in terms of specifications, colours or other design characteristics. However, these will never be of inferior quality to any of the features and qualities advertised.
AirTray is not responsible for losses or extra costs caused by errors in the address provided by customers at the time of purchase, collection by third parties at the address provided or changes of address, nor for extra costs arising from delays in delivery attributable to the customer; in these cases the client is liable for these costs.
AirTray is not responsible for the damages or costs derived from the use, the impossibility of use, caused by the error or lack of conformity, delays or any other reason, of its products.
AirTray does not carry out installation or offer maintenance services of its products and although instructions for use, installation and maintenance are provided, these are the responsibility of the customer, AirTray is not responsible for damages, losses or costs arising from a bad installation, maintenance or use, in this case the guarantee would also be invalid.
Private buyers have the right to withdraw from the contract without justification within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, assuming the direct cost of returning the goods (you can consult us for the exact cost depending on the product and area) and must leave the product packed as received and available at street level for collection. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the decision to withdraw from the contract must be notified by contacting AirTray before the deadline.
Once the products have been received, the money will be refunded using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or the correct condition and return of the product have been verified, depending on which condition is met first.
Orders of more than three units of any product may be considered a retailer order. These are subjetct to market regulations and AirTray reserves the right to cancel the order, if the customer is not legally accredited as a retailer.
AirTray reserves the right to cancel an order if payment has not been received within five calendar days.
The photographs and measurements shown on this website are approximate and may vary. The photographs shown do not represent a contractual bond, there may be variations due to the specific configuration and the extras purchased with the product.
In accordance with the applicable regulations, regarding article 27.1 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce:
- The electronic document in which the contract is finalized will be stored securely in the company’s system and can be accessed with the client’s registration details. A copy of this contract can be issued or a copy printed at acceptance (possibility of printing).
- Prior to the final acceptance of the electronic contract, this can be reviewed and modified to correct any typos or errors.
AirTray is a company registered in Spain, and any transaction will be governed by current Spanish regulations. Disputes or disagreements will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals in Madrid.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
In case of defective products due to manufacturing defects, AirTray will proceed to replace it with similar ones as long as it has not being installed. This will be free for the customer.
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover the misuse of the product, poor installation, scratches or the use of aggressive cleaning products such as products to remove cement, solvents, etc.
PAYMENT METHOD
SECURE PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD.
It is the most used, fast and convenient payment method, available for all orders whose maximum amount does not exceed € 10,000 (VAT included).
The payment is made through the Servired high security platform in an encrypted (SSL) and secure way. We do not receive any information about your card, we only receive confirmation of whether the payment has been made correctly.
DELIVERY TIMES
AirTray sends the orders to its customers through different express transport companies of recognized national and international prestige. The date of delivery to the customer’s home depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area.

For products in stock, the approximate delivery times to mainland Spain are 24/48 hours and 72 hours to the rest of Europe.
For out-of-stock products, the approximate delivery times to Mainland Spain are between 15 and 20 days. For delivery times for the rest of Europe, please consult us.
The delivery times indicated after validation of the order will be calculated in working days (Monday to Friday). Any order placed after 13:00h will be processed on the next working day and it is then when the delivery time will begin to count.
The transport deadlines may be altered if the carrier experiences any unexpected issue or difficulties when delivering the goods.
The delivery of the goods will always take place at street level.
If the packaging is damaged when the goods are received or you suspect the product has suffered some damage during transport, you must check the condition of the product in the presence of the courrier and make a note on the delivery note.
Any claim for damage in transit must be made within 24 hours of receipt or it won’t be accepted.

Applicable taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the AirTray website include the Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable. Purchases that are to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union will be subject to VAT. Purchases delivered in territories of non-member States of the European Union, or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from VAT.
Buyer’s rights and return policy
AirTray guarantees its customers the possibility of cancelling their order at any time and at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment and provided that the order does not include customized colours or shapes.
The customer will have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product without penalties, as long as the products have not been used and are in their original packaging in perfect condition and provided that the order does not include customized colours or shapes.
In these cases, AirTray will refund the money of the purchase through a credit card payment, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by crediting it to their personal account.
The client will communicate to AirTray within the stipulated period and by any lawful means their desire to exercise the right of termination of the contract.
The returned order must be delivered in its original packaging with the box and labels in perfect condition, along with the delivery note and, if applicable, invoice, to AirTray, the buyer being responsible for the return costs. AirTray must refund the customer the total amount of the purchase.
If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered by AirTray in error, it will be collected from the client and the correct product delivered without any additional charge.

Obligations of the client
AirTray customer agrees to complete the registration and order forms accurately, provide the correct details, and update them if they change.
The customer consents to accept all the provisions and conditions of these General Conditions of Sale, Warranty and Returns on the understanding that they reflect the best possible service in good faith for the type of activity that AirTray provides.
Likewise, they consent to store their personal access codes to our website safely.
The customer must provide a delivery address where there will be somebody to receive the shipment Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. In case of non-compliance by the customer with this obligation, AirTray will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order.
